Dan Bongino's excellent observation on why Trump's stacking the Court is so devastating.

He explained how the liberals have historically relied on the courts to spread their agenda because their positions aren't nationally popular and they couldn't implement them by passing unpopular laws.
On the other hand, the RINo's are frauds who don't believe in limited government, the second amendment, passing a budget, etc. all the things they say they believe while campaigning, but instead, they abdicate their role to pass laws and bills, and instead, defer to the SC judgments instead so that they can't be blamed for voting on hard issues.
So because of this, the SC has way more power than was designed by the Founders ( The Founders never envisioned each branch not coveting their particular role in exercising their distinct powers) and the Dems are toast as Trump loads the court with non Libs.

It’s why I want RBG to meet Jesus. Even though she doesn’t believe he is the son of God.

Also, dudes who like to wear women's clothing and take smelly dumps in the public bathroom stall next to your 8-year old daughter will no longer be the most important concern for the survival of America...

The day Trump gets to appoint a judge to replace RBG will be a day on par to election night 2016 when it comes to the melts from the Weak Minds...

SEC judge appointments unconstitutional, U.S. high court says

quote:

The U.S. Supreme Court gave presidents more control over key jobs in federal agencies on Thursday, ruling that the way the Securities and Exchange Commission selected in-house judges who enforce investor protection laws violated the U.S. Constitution.

quote:

The ruling could reverberate through the federal government, which has nearly 2,000 administrative law judges who decide matters as varied as unfair trade practices, veterans benefits and patent infringement.

The court’s 7-2 decision backed Raymond Lucia, a California-based former radio host and investment adviser who was banned by an SEC administrative law judge from investment-related work and fined $300,000 for making misleading claims in his “Buckets of Money” retirement wealth strategy.

Maybe it wasn't an original point, I don't know? Regardless, the point is rock solid, and the main reason Libs are losing their minds over the SC nominees.

Term limits of the House and repealing the 17th amendment would solve the issue of these assholes worrying about their next election.

They have used the judiciary as its own social playground petri dish and until the generation of the 60s/70s is no longer viable they will continue to do so....on balance, a most damnable lot, at least in the political arena.

When RBG leaves the court, Trump should tweet out Roy Moore as a replacement, around noon on a Friday and just let that simmer all weekend long.
