NJ dropped 142 backlogged deaths today.

In fact, looks like a bunch of states are dumping backlogged deaths

Interesting. 142 is a ton.

I would imagine we should see things start to level out tomorrow?

Note:I am out of town until Sunday and the place we are staying has no cell service or WIFI. I won’t be able to update the tracker until Sunday evening.

Maybe the death curve has flattened because our medical community finally learned what not to do when treating this virus....Venting people appears to have been a wrong rung on the treatment ladder? Just thinking out loud watching this thing for the past 4/5 months

That's definitely part of it. I think we're also seeing an infected population that skews younger now because older and more medically at-risk people, feeling more vulnerable, are more fastidious about distancing whereas initially everyone was hit. Younger and lower risk folks aren't distancing as much.

So I remembered that my truck has a hot spot in it and it was able to get me enough signal to use my iPad to remote into my home PC. I was then able to run the update process and update the tracker. I won’t be able to update the dashboard graphic however the graphs will all be correct on here and you can go to the tracker to see the dashboard.

It bothers me to not be able to update the tracker, I don’t think I have missed a single day since I started posting it on here. Since Chicken stickied it, I feel an obligation to make sure it gets updated daily.

And I as crazy as some of you baws are, I don’t want anyone to paint tracker updates matter on my driveway while I am gone.

Also, early thoughts were against steroid use. But dexamethasone has shown some promise as has budesonide.

There is so much frickery with the numbers, it is difficult to take any of it too seriously.
