The courts mucked it up temporarily at least so of course no one will think about it again until they have to.
Right now the dems can assuage their daily whining need with tariffs and panicking over another joke.

Before everyone starts jizzing their pants they should be aware of this. Nobody is going back today.
Courts basically put a hold on Trump's hold.
Dreamers are staying until Congress passes a bill.
Which means Dems will probably ignore it.

I watched Omarosa on Big Brother. She said she's seen the plans, and they changed her. Said the round ups are going to get bad, really bad. It's not going to be ok.

As a taxpayer, I am 100% fine with the round up of illegals that are breaking our laws...it is no different to me as a drug bust or a gang crackdown!

The Courts also told Obama he couldn't ban drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Obama just ignored them and did it anyway. I expect the media to be similarly silent if Trump ignores the Courts on the DACA issue.

That court ruling is facially incorrect and unconstitutional.
On his own, the President cannot "make law" that binds the next executive. Period. DACA is nothing more than an EO that can be undone with the stroke of a pen by the next executive.
Hell, even Obama acknowledged that before he ignored his own statements and put DACA in place.
Hopefully, Trump ignores the court and proceeds.

Trump should write a clean, basic EO this evening, file it at 11:59pm and begin having it enforced at 12:01am tomorrow.
