most are not, now. they were brought over as kids, they have been here for years. the whole thing is a mess.
if the daca recepient is a member of a family that came here legally than they need to be given green cards. there are these people and they got screwed when obama extended daca protections to illegals.
if a daca recepient came here illegally they need to go through the legal process to get green cards. if that means they need to be deported, so be it.

I can't understand why Asians aren't super pissed off about the Dems, about affirmative action, and many other things. If you examine admission to things like medical school and law school you find that Asians have to achieve far higher GPA and test scores in order to get admitted, over and above every other group. It's really pretty alarming.
