To hell with that. My people have nothing in common culturally with the vast majority of this country. If the United States balkanized into multiple countries tomorrow, it would be for the best.

The defense budget isn’t the issue with the Federal budget.

Just said why not bailout Blue states like New York when red states like Kentucky are bailed out annually by New York tax payers LOL. Finally, someone with the cajones to point out the incredible refusal of the right to admit most red states take from federal coffers while most Bluestates fill those coffers.

Thus begins the unraveling of this UNITED States of America.

There will be a break-up along political and economical lines at some point shortly and a FEDERATION established as a replacement.

This may be best.

yes, I am sure they do....the direct recipient...but they then pay the money they get to their landlord, buy groceries to their grocer, pay their medical bills to their doctors...and those folks have a tendency to be Republicans and the true beneficiaries of the hand out.....otherwise they'd be directly on the dole or on their arse. Those direct recipients are also required by those Republicans to live in a manner which keeps the Republicans living in a better environment than their counerparts in India and China live in.

Sounds like you are advocating for welfare reform....or more specifically welfare abolition....lets go bro...I'd bet damn near every "red" state would be with you. BUT you know who wouldn't be...NY, CA, etc.

California? Sure.

New York? Massive corporate welfare for Wall Street and banks. They're the biggest drain of any state in the country. The sweetheart deal from the Federal Reserve is kept off the books.

yes, I fully understand that a heaping pile of folks on the right DESPISE the united states and would love to see it torn down and ripped apart completely.....all you have to do is talk to most of you about 15 minutes and you'll know there is very little love and admiration for the United States amongst he right...I admire the honesty by the way....would that more of you had the balls to fully admit you hate this country.

It’s been what about 50yrs? The average age of a highly educated and experienced CEO is what 60ish? I don’t know the exact time it will take—prob will never get there but as of now black ppl haven’t even had enough time to educate and train individuals to be a top level CEO—let alone build up any semblance of generational wealth.

Most of the country is rural. A lot of bad decisions are made in the big cities of these states. These decisions aren't jointly made. Lots of fraud and BS in those States debt too.

I'm in Rural IL. I dont think you'll be able to convince me. I've also lived on both coasts in larger cities.

LOL.

So, if my business was heavily in debt and on the verge of bankruptcy before the Covid outbreak, you think it’s fair for taxpayers to bail out my company and make it solvent?

frick you and New York State.

This isn't a bad thing. A nation of our geographic size and with 327 million people cannot be ruled by anything other than an authoritarian, centralized government. The sooner we break up, the better.

All Other: $743 billion. This includes food stamps and Supplemental Security Income. Most are paid out of the general fund. Payroll taxes partially fund Unemployment Compensation. The Affordable Care Act and the Troubled Asset Relief Program are self-funded.

Do you have the GUTS to publicly support the notion we should STOP PAYING PEOPLE TO BREED?

I am all in on the elimination of ALL social spending if it is coupled with a corresponding requirement that employers foot the bill completely for their cost of production. The only people who should be getting any kind of aid from the rest of us are the truly needy....the truly handicapped, orphans, old folks....if a person is able bodied there ain't no way they ought to get a nickel from me....and that goes for their employer.

It costs a certain amount of money for an employee to produce....that costs includes their housing, fuel, transportation and maintenance, the same as any other machine used to produce. The employer should be required to foot that bill on their own and manage their affairs to recoupe the expense from their customers. That is the essence of capitalism. Instead we allow employers a subsidy in the form of housing, fuel, transportation and maintenance cost supplements so their employees will be viable. Everyone involved would be better off if we stopped that BS and taxed employers DIRECTLY for every penny of tax money their employees get in order to produce for their employee and that money should be handed directly to the employee, along with some punitive costs to dissuade the practice. I am all in on that....it is the epitome of conservative thinking...being responsible for ones self. Lets do it!

Cuomo talking the truth
Here is the truth:
At 1306 deaths/million, New York City's CV19 death rate per capita is >2X higher than in any nation on earth.*
Cuomo refused advice by his health experts in 2015&2016 to acquire more ventilators in case of a bad flu season. The NY state budget was a mess entering the year, before CV19.

200% the death rate, and the POS along with NYC's idiot mayor STILL HAVE THE NYC SUBWAYS PACKED!

* Unless one considers the tiny Italian microstate of San Marino (1179 deaths/million) as an independent country
