There is no telling how many deaths he directly caused with this decision. It must be in five figures. And its not just him. The same thing was done in NJ and PA. Probably other states as well.

He said in his press conference that the CDC said you couldn’t discriminate against covid patients. Since every thing is discrimination, isolating the sick from healthy must be illegal.
