You’re thinking the left, but not the far left.
That’s what the root of all this stems from.
The far left is a non hierarchal anarchy communist collective. No money no property no government. It’s completely unattainable but that’s what they believe. The “communism” that you’re talking about is what totalitarians use as a means of population control. It’s just a really lazy way to rule the people.

Logically, this assumes: a) that non-black graduates are unqualified and b) similar behavior is being observed among other races.
I think "a" is valid. Standards are lowered to accommodate blacks. That's especially a race-driven development. Others may piggyback on, but this was decidely black-centric. Not sure if there are examples of "b." Maybe. I just haven't seen them.

Videos of all these brawls I wonder if one’s throwing punches actually have a beef with someone or if they just randomly punch anyone that’s close.

Yes, I understand it’s embarrassing as you disapprove of this culture too. Unfortunately, it’s really common. I am presented with some form of it weekly, if not daily,and I live in a non-urban area.
One of the things that keeps this problem from being solved is the lack of honesty.
This country will riot over race base lies, declare “systemic” racism when all things are equal minus personal choices and yet ignore or make excuses for volumes of evidence of cultural rot and decay.
The margin for error for all races but one is extremely small. That one race can literally get away with murder.
We have an honesty problem.
