I stand by my statement. Dude used a classic attention whore move and used a story being told to tell a story about himself being cool in a totally unrelated way.

Everything about this “movement” tells you how dumb these people are. And how much they want to argue and fight vs finding a solution. Standing in the way of a 2.5 ton vehicle is just about the dumbest idea one could think of.
That "keep playin" line is hilarious when you think about it. I'd love to point out to the guy that the police just did "play" with you and you could have very easily been run over. Now imagine if they were serious and showed up to show out in body armor and heavily armed. My advice would be for you to stop "playin" actually.

I think either alone would work if you just want to disperse the crowd.
30 guys with snarling Malinois on leashes or 30 mounted officers in riot gear sides by side slow rolling down the street would break up most crowds. Plus, 1 guy with a bullhorn: "if you throw anything, we're turning these dogs loose / riding you down"

Why is anyone surprised? It's been know for a long time their tactic was to provoke a response and then point and say "see? see? right wing / police / government violence!"

I prefer snow plow trucks. Two or more parallel to wing them to the center of the road and right into the rotary. Point the spout forward so they can see what they will be looking like if they stay in the road.
