I saw this Benny J podcast. This is beyond dumb. They have stripped their identity. Oh well they are overrated anyway. For the amount of time to get a table it really isn’t worth it.

People go to cracker barrel for folksy nostalgia. Trying to "modernize" is suicide.
This really is a Bud Light situation all over again.
They are spitting on their actual customers and the restaurant business is highly competitive. People will easily drop Cracker Barrel and replace it with something else.
