271 isn’t that many deaths given the number of doses administered. It’s probably a lower mortality rate than Rx-level ibuprofen.
And...how many cases of cervical cancer did it interrupt? Probably 10s of thousands.

Which doesn't even begin to address the issue of HPV associated cancers of the oropharynx resulting from oral sex.

I would suggest you go google the many recent studies on that subject. It is a hoax at best.
Research which strains HPV vaccines cover. Research which HPV strains have a link to cancer. Next, research how strong the link to cancer is. Find out the studies were bogus. On top of that, you can research how many HPV infections heal naturally from your own immune system.

Anytime you introduce a foreign substance into your system, there’s a chance of death.

This doesn't even address the SEVERE reactions. Many girls are sterile after getting the HPV vaccine. The hormone imbalances created also don't seem to be treatable.

Research my friend getting a hysterectomy at 31 because of HPV-linked cervical cancer.

As you will find out if you do look into it, they can't really provide scientific studies that pass any scrutiny showing HPV does indeed cause cancer.
Also, why are people crazy to want safe vaccines? Calling out some as dangerous is not the same as saying they are not wanted.

Depends how you define it. In california, unless you have medical reasons to allow you to opt out, you have to get vaccinated.
Many people want such laws passed everywhere.

You think that correctly administered ibuprofen has a higher mortality rate than this?
And correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this vaccine totally unnecessary for non-sexually active girls?
