U.S. Court of International Trade.
And yes, we do.
Especially if it pisses you off.

It was always strange to me you could get something delivered from Hong Kong cheaper than from another state.

Come on now. He edited his faulty premise before too many people saw it.

This is WORSE for consumers
Now instead of regular Joe being exempt from tariffs and having big time importers paying them, everyone's getting the bill. How do y'all still fall for this bullshite that other countries are paying tariffs? YOU are the revenue he's talking about.

Personally, I dont give 2 shotes about what they have to say. Win or lose, the result is the same. Frick them and the a-hole nations that allow it.

Why do so many people think like this?
Is it too hard to like rulings based on their impact?
Must we always love or hate decisions based on from where they come?
This happens all the time here. "So we like this guy now?" No, we just agree with what he said in this particular instance. Should I disavow my personal beliefs because someone I don't like agrees with me on a single issue? Do I have to like someone because we agree on a minority of issues?

You are correct. In Trump's first term he threatened to walk away from the universal postal agreement where we were subsidizing inpound shipments.
China was costing the USPS billions by exploiting it.
Literally you have, as you said, a package from china costing less than a package delivered in the US.
This is the next step to tariff them.
And for the idiots on this site, you paid for these in your taxes when millions of packages had to be sorted at customs in airports, then delivered by the postal service, all at minimal cost, versus using a normal delivery system of importing, storing, sorting and delivering by the private sector.
