Violent crime clearance rates have not improved, even with all of the security cameras, smartphones and DNA technology. In many instances, the clearance rates are worse than 20 years ago.

The reason we are heading down the road we are is because the majority of Americans are comfortable and don’t care. Not only do they not care about this stuff, but if you dare to question it and show concern they get pissed off at you. Please don’t bring up possibilities that could hinder their slumber.
