I'm not even sold on McCarthy's being Speaker. Not sure who would be better but he is milquetoast.
How about DJT? That would be epic.

Assuming Republicans take back the House and Senate, what are the chances they impeach Biden and somehow figure out a way to get rid of Kamala?
If you listen to BoarEd poster, 100000% chance this will happen and Trump will be inaugurated soon. Just wait.

Now this is gold. Your crazy red headed arse spam posts more than anyone here. There will be a great thread running and your creepy arse chimes in with “Q” talk when literally no one else s even thinking about that group.
Go get your Xanax script filled and help your cats out with an extra serving of catnip, because they have to put up with a lot.

Three, if we're counting, but there's definitely not a list that's missing my name.

Trump himself shut down the Speaker talk this week. "It's not something I want."
The reason I raised the Succession issue earlier is that there are several iterations of the Presidential Succession Act, and the first version was written by legislators who also had a hand in writing the Constitution. These Founders were not keen on the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore of the Senate being in the line of Succession for the same reasons they didn't want the Chief Justice of SCOTUS there. They didn't feel that those roles could enable their holders to faithfully discharge the duties as interim POTUS as they were elected appointed to other branches of government.
In the instance of a double vacancy for the Harris-Biden* administration, we must consider the possibility of not war, illness or other means of incapacitation, but rather overwhelming voter fraud which installed them. As such, every step beyond SoH and Pro Tem are appointees nominated by the same crooks who might've just been deemed illegitimate via potential SCOTUS ruling.
Constitutional crisis, indeed.

Well, some of us can dream about the liberal tears & skyscreaming it would cause.

The entire debacle is Nellie's siege on the Scranton branch of Dunder-Mifflin while Andy is AWOL, sailing his boat. She's in charge, because she says she is in charge, and dares everyone to question her Authority

While it would be amusing to watch the liberal response, I think the path we're headed down right now is going to be much more entertaining from a schadenfreude perspective. But that's just me.

There is a possibility that Biden will step down due to either health or scandal but
Kamala would quickly pick a new VP and they would be next in line to be POTUS.
First of all, outside of death or a health issue that leaves him in a vegetative state, Biden ain't going anywhere.
However, should Kamala be forced to assume the presidency upon Joe's death, resignation, removal from office, or incapacity, she would indeed appoint a new Vice President but only with the advise and consent of the U.S. Senate. Right now, the Senate is split 50-50 with the President of the Senate (Kamala) casting the deciding vote. But under that circumstance, she would not be the President of the Senate any longer, she would be the President of the United States. Assuming all of the Republicans in the Senate grew a pair and stood lock-step (big assumption), they could deny Kamala her VP appointee the office until the next presidential election, and the President Pro Tempore would preside over the Senate until that time with the Vice Presidency remaining vacant.
The above could deny the Dems all of their legislative agenda, but you'd still have Kamala issuing executive orders and in charge of the military (heaven help us), and perhaps worst of all, Nancy P. would be a heartbeat away from the White House for as long as the Dems hold the House.
All of this is fantasy talk. We've had 46 presidents to date; 8 died in office, 1 resigned before being impeached, and 3 more have been impeached (1 twice) but not convicted in the Senate. The liberal media is not going to hold him accountable for any scandal, and should he die in office they will generate sympathy towards his party by talking about his decades of service to his country. We are most likely stuck with Biden for almost 3 more years.
I can't stand him as much as any of you here, but the best thing we can all do is vote in November, and encourage your (Conservative) friends to do the same. We have an excellent chance of keeping Biden and his liberal friends and their agenda in check starting with the 2023 Congress.
As for 2024, with no declared candidates, the most likely 47th President is (in this order) Donald Trump, Ron Desantis, and maybe Ted Cruz. As for the Dems, I think I have a better chance of sweeping the Electoral College than any Dem does of getting to 270. Again, get out and vote!

Not really. The Presidential Succession Act would still be followed of POTUS and VPOTUS were impeached and removed by Congress on the grounds of fraudulent election.
There is no basis in law or history to suggest otherwise. Just hoping that *someone* is going to swoop down and replace Biden, or that Trump’s administration is in exile, or that POTUS authority has been “devolved” to random unknown people is a LARP, and nothing more.

Do you have anything beyond your hopes and dreams to suggest anything to the contrary?
Every time we get to this point you either become obstinate or start refusing to answer and pretend like it’s only me that pushes you on the specifics of whatever your theory may be.
You could alleviate all of that and just lay out what you think is possible in that scenario. You know, so that it can be discussed on this discussion board.

Doesn't she just get to NOMINATE someone - who must then be approved by the Senate??
And if the GOP controls the Senate, they would have to approve.

VP nominees have to be approved by majority votes if both Houses.

I've shared with you the best resource I've found when it comes to understanding the matter. Based on your response, I can only assume that you have not read it or on the remotest of possibilities that you did, you do not understand it.
At least your cavalcade of smooth-brained 'NUH-UHHHHHHHH!'s would indicate.
