Still require the fear mask even though our dim governor lifted the mask mandate on stores.
ETA:
This is in Baton Rouge, LA.
I didn't have a option to leave really. I was there with my dad. He wanted to go.
They had a store manager or something handing out masks at the door. The mask was in a ziplock bag.
I was prepared to go in without the mask or put one on then take it off, but it didn't work out that way.
I put the mask on that the dude gave me. The ear strap broke so I was like "yeee haaa!". But the woman working at the eyeglass counter saw it break and handed me another one and I was like "ahh fuccckckck!"
I really have no reason to renew my membership. About the only thing I use it for is the gas discount. I drive by it a couple times a week. I rarely get gas anywhere else.
Other than that it's not worth it for me. I was going to buy some tires, but they don't carry tires for my truck (a god dang GMC Canyon for frick sake!). You believe that? Was gonna buy a truck battery. Guess what? They don't carry a battery for my truck either. frick them.
100% of the groceries I want I can get at Walmart or Sam's club

So, you told them to go to hell, got back in your car, and left...right? If you put on a face diaper, went in, and shopped...you’re the problem.

They will only drop the mandate when they lose "X" number of customers in a given time frame.

Make them lose more Business until they finally lift it!

Why is it a problem? They are doing what they feel is best as a private business. Don't like it, go somewhere else.
You don't have a right to tell a private business what rules it can have with something like this.
Stop being a whiny turd and either put on the mask while there or go somewhere that doesn't require it.
Jesus, some of you are some whiny little runts.

Headquarters are near Seattle. They're gonna make you wear a mask for the next 5 years. Maybe forever.

Chase bank is one of the worst. In a Metairie branch I entered to use the machine and not the teller window. Yes, the woman standing near the machine (employee) asked me if I had a mask. I told her I was vaccinated. She said, "We can't make you, but if you have one, put it on."

. . . I assume this story ends with the manager telling you only if you put on the mask?

Considering how much corporate leaders lean Dem and like virtue signaling points, I would think its probably going to be pretty common for major corporate type stores to still require them for a while even after the government mandate is lifted in some states.

I don't have an issue with it. It is their business. If you don't want to wear it then don't go in.

Huh? You can tell a private company whatever the frick you want. You can say, this is a bad choice. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

You actually do have that right, at least for the time being. That doesn't mean it will do any good or they have to listen to you

Sometimes, they do. It just takes a lot of people with the same message. Unfortunately, sheep can’t think for themselves. I’m doing my paaaaarrrrttt.

Mask haters aren't going to really complain if they keep the policy. If they get rid of the policy, mask lovers will complain and raise a stink.
It's just not worth it to companies to get rid of the policy right now.
Smaller businesses are much more likely to not give AF if you wear one or not.

I guess Trader Joe's will still require a mask. The hipster nimrods that work there enjoy wearing a mask and telling other people to mask up.

Are the instructions for wearing the mask posted?? what if you wear it around your neck - like Kennedy did at the kiddie table in the HoR yesterday??
I may go tp Costco just to see if they require it to be worn in a "proper" manner.
I mostly go to grocery stores and pharmacies, some nursery and hardware.
The H.E.B. store doesn't have a sign, but all their employees wear masks. Huge majority of customers wear them also - right here in Texas.
all nonsense
