No, but I've had a bitch point a gun at my chest and tell me I was gonna die.

One of my friends told me he came home once and walked into the bedroom. He said, "What the hell is every light doing on in this house?" She whizzed two bullets past his head, and while he was running away he hollered, "OK! You can keep the lights on!"

Cops have guns. I suppose if Fed Ex/USPS workers had guns, we'd hear more of this.

I thought it would be a shooting of a mentally-challenged person. I don't know why that popped into my head.

What do people want the cops to do?

What would you do if you had a gun and a dog tried to bite you?

German Shep...I'd hold out my fist...let him sniff it then open up the palm and pet and say 'that's a good boy.' Works every time.

Pit Bull... I'd shoot it.

My guess was spot on. But, I'm more confused about how someone was trespassing in a public park.

These cops are asswhokes who think they are punishing the owner by shooting the dog.

Like the cop who killed the guy in the movie theatre they become vindictive/irate if you don t jump when they say jump.

Google 'cop tasers dog' on YouTube & you will see the proper way to handle a charging Rottweiler.

They do have tasers & they are extremely effective on dogs.

Sometimes cops have other dangers to be cognizant of which makes it difficult to strike a non-threatening pose and engage the dog in the "get acquainted" ritual.

Dogs are like people in that 99% just want something in their belly and have a decent place to sleep. They can have something like brotherly love and you can see it in their eyes.

But there are some that just go batshit. I worked for a farmer who had two hungarian viselas. I went into his house one friday afternoon when he was going to write a check for me. Those two dog I'd been around, driven them around in a truck, petted and played with, suddenly just went berserk. I admit I got rattled over it.

Maybe what every 13 year old paperboy, mailman, and milkman did when every one walked or bicycled their route, learn to deal with dogs, and in a worst case situation pepper spray it.

No, the problem is the amount of power they are allowed to yield is way out of proportion to the intelligence level of those doing the job.

Nope. I guessed another ruptured testicle.

For anyone that missed that one - Sexual Assault By Police Equals Ruptured Testicle for High Schooler

Sounds to me like Mr. McNeal was a dumbass who got his friend's dog killed for no reason.
