Parker Jensen, a high school student and prospective marine, went to the superintendent of schools to ask why there were no American flags in his classrooms as required by state law. Instead of an answer, three cops showed up and removed him from the building. He was then suspended seven days from school.

I got the clip to work and it was a video from Fox Baltimore. It appears to be a total over reaction from the School Board and a clear First Amendment violation.

he has a really good lawsuit, and will win

the only way these libtards learn, is by being sued, and their lawyers telling them to cut the bullshite out.

So he asked why the state law wasn’t being followed and was unlawfully removed from a public building?

The unfortunate part is the local tax payers will have to foot the bill, not the libtards in office breaking the law

Trump and Hegseth will see this. Sounds like he just locked in his spot at the U.S. Naval Academy.

They voted for the school board members. Elections have consequences.

The arrogant old fricker who came out after the cops showed up and suspended the kid will get his arse dilated in court. I bet they settle.

It's still in America and the law. They don't like it, they can resign and move to a communist country where they would be happier anyway.
