Cops charged for killing white vs black

I have looked for statistics on this but not easy to find.
Debating with a black man today at work today. I presented the statistic that more white people are killed by police, than black people.
He stated the system is racist because a cop will go to jail for killing a white, but not for killing a black.
Does anyone have statistics on this?

Well whites make up far more of the population of the US, but I've found that crime statistics are actively being buried by Google, I can't find shite.

I cannot find any I know of. The cop who shot laquan Mcdonald was charged and convicted of 2nd degree murder and got 7 years. The cops involved with Freddie Gray were charged and acquitted. The cops involved with George floyd have all been charged.
I think it is bullcrap. Nobody marches and kicks up a fuss when cops kill a white person so where is the pressure to bring charges?
People will go out of their way to claim victim status. It is disgusting.

People base their opinions on emotions. There were black leaders who wanted the cops involved in the Kajieme Powell(St. Louis) shooting charged with murder. The video shows that Powell basically committed suicide by walking right at the cops with a knife in his hand.

The Daniel Shaver shooting was an execution in my opinion. It was like a complicated game of Simon says and if you make one mistake you die.

Lol thought I could red pill this guy after he brought it up. Before all this he was a Fox News viewer and would make positive comments about Trump. Now he’s on the Trump is racist side.
Working at a very leftist company, hard to avoid minorities. The true racist shows though when they want to spout this BS rhetoric to me, then say I can not have an opinion on it since I’m white, when I state statistical facts.
