Japan violently persecuted Christians in the early 1600’s and outlawed Christianity altogether. When Commodore Perry reopened Japan in the mid-1800’s (150 yrs later), thousands of Christians came out of hiding. Same thing happened in the Balkans with Christians living in Muslim territory.
The Light of Christ cannot be extinguished as long as one Christian refuses to surrender. I hate what the Democrats are doing. They are evil manifested. But they will never defeat the work of Christ and his Church... the REAL Church, not the Joe Biden heretic version!

Just take more of them out before you go down. Remember the Alamo, Thermopylae, Isandlwana, Mogadishu. If you're going down, make them pay. With some luck, it could also be an Agincourt or Cannae. Just don't be a weakling that quietly acquiesces to his fate.

History occurs in cycles.
This is roughly parallel to the dark ages, where the common people weren't allowed to be educated, couldn't afford books, and only the priests and royalty were educated. This was different from how the Greeks and Romans ran their societies, and was a step backwards.

Yep. Read the Old Testament! Jews were captured by the Babylonians, the Persians, the Greeks, and the Romans, and suffered greatly under each. Prophets in the OT attributed this to lazy, immoral inclinations among the populace.
Much of the wisdom in the OT was born out of this experience. And it was precisely what Jesus was teaching in the New Testament, in a minor way. Immorality leads to suffering.
