That post is incredible… you think we shouldn’t go after the cartel in Mexico because they already have a presence in our country. And if we do, they will use the cartel version of Tier 1 assets fully kitted with nods, Kevlar, optics, etc. and start shooting stingers, AT-4s, ICBMs, and whatever else they got off the black market at us.

It would be a dumb, virtue signaling move.

The demand isnt going anywhere, the supply will just find new distribution points.

Let's see, the American people would quickly end their relationship with Mexican food and hotels/motels that hire them. That is before the real shots are fired.

Youre making zero sense. I comment on a lot of things.

Y'all are falling prey to the far left view that Government should be the impetus of social change.

Surprised by the blowback on this comment. He’s not suggesting we do nothing, he’s suggesting securing the border is the most effective option. If we can truly lock down the border, then that should solve a lot of the issues. If we take the fight to Mexico without a secure border or deporting criminal illegals, what have we really solved? And how much retaliation will there be? Not that hard to follow.

So, it's your position we can't secure the border AND hit the cartels in Mexico?

Always the reason not to do the right thing and never the courage to do it.

We have a term for this. It’s called….

You realize ICE is already arresting people right?

It would not! The issue here is the cartels working within our border to traffick kids and women while growing and manufacturing drugs here.

With regards to the Mexican/Central American cartels, the most irresponsible action is to do nothing. Every person who participates and supports the current criminal cartel system south of the US border needs to understand the price to do business in the US is extremely costly.....up to and including their lives.

If countries south of the US southern border want to remain quasi sovereign nations they better figure out how end their relationships with their cartel partners and begin the process of dismantling the vast criminal cartel system that's enriching a lot of rat bastards and destroying the lives of millions.

An invasion of Central America by the US military should not be off the threat table.....no need to immigrate, we'll bring the American Dream to them.

The cartels are contributing to the deaths of a large number of Americans and people of other nations. The U. S. has an absolute right to defend its citizens by any means necessary. Treating the cartels as merely a law enforcement problem has failed. The Mexican government to to corrupt to deal with them. Since they won't do it is left to us.
