The problem with this is that it takes too long. You don't have to file an impeachment. The DOJ and Supreme Court have the authority to file misconduct charges and immediately remove them from the bench.

Phew, ain't that the truth. Raising money in his dead son's name to help others and then the money vanishes. Campaign finance investigations. Lying about his qualifications. He's just another Santos. He's only licking Trump's taint in order to get the FBI off his back.

activist Judge Amir Ali

Is this the new judge that just got in a few months ago because a Republican "wasn't in town"?

I always like how he claimed he worked a human trafficking case as a reserve cop that got released because he never showed up for duty.

We all know this will not get the 2/3 vote in the Senate that is necessary for removal. So what actually is the end game here?

In depth investigation, testimony under oath and the process is the punishment. Dems bankrupted and convicted Flynn over made up BS. A judge this out of line is very likely to have plenty of actual dirty laundry.

But this judge is a political actor who started with the desire to derail the President's agenda and then worked backwards. If we have any half-credible basis for moving against him - great, do it. And the same to all the others. Strategic calls will have to be made as to what's a waste of time and what isn't.

Crawl up inside his life. Maybe everything isn’t on the up and up. If it’s not, arrest his for some real stuff.
