Well this just confirms it not only was this personal it also may inadvertently confirm that the vice lords have infiltrated the Memphis PD the police chief should immediately resign and never be allowed into the police force ever again. The family should sue the city and the police involved should all be given the death penalty.

1) Despite being one of those people who loves to use the actual word period as a stand-alone sentence for dramatic emphasis, thank you for not being one of those people who adds a period as a punctuation mark after the word period.
2) You’re still a dumbass. The topic serves to document that one of the cops in question sent a pic of the victim to several people including a female whom he was involved with. The beating was a trophy. When you trophy-beat someone, it has nothing to do with their lawful flight. They are fleeing because of the obvious laws being broken and the obvious attempt to inflict serious bodily injury or death. Period. Period. Period. Period. (Stupid, unnecessary drama added for your benefit).

Here in Oklahoma, there's no culture where I am.
I am much more likely to be a victim of government overreach and statism. Luckily I'm not under the jurisdiction of any police department.
