Throw the book. I said from the start I felt the stop was illegal. While I pushed back on if he hadn’t ran/resisted he’d still be alive I also asserted that if the stop was unlawful in the first place it all is thrown out the window

It was already 1st degree when they caught him the second time IMO. I don't think they planned to kill him, but if you plan to beat someone and they die it's the same thing.
