The Southern Poverty Law Center is neither southern nor impoverished. They are a hate group.

So you can't rule out the possibility that a liberal public defender went to a racist organization to give his views on the criminal justice system?
Was that what happened or did the racist organization do the same thing Alan West did and pick it up? I legitimately don't know

Ok, this article is actually racist

He gave his observations. He should have avoided the sweeping generalizations of all black people or avoided making sweeping judgements based on his clients, which are the lowest of the low. I would not want all whites to be judged based on those in prison. That is where is messed up.

From your Allen West link:

Every now and then you come across an article that folks just need to read. This one written by Michael Smith entitled, “Confessions of a Public Defender” and originally posted at American Renaissance on May 9, 2014 is one of those articles.

Amren is not a white supremacist website, I weep for the cowardly society we have become, when it is racist to tell the truth or share an opinion.

And you voted for David Duke because he had some good ideas!

I never understood people that pray for God to bless their wrong doing.

In their minds they aren't doing "wrong." They'll use religion to justify their transgressions or carry them out because, "that's what God wants them to do."

Sorry I was 10 years old, are you trying to equate Jared Taylor with David Duke?

I'm equating American Renaissance with DD. I think there's a good Jeff Foxworthy joke here...If you think American Renaissance isn't a white supremacist website....then you might be a white supremacist!

My position is that if something is an undeniable truth then it can't be racist, I think it is a disingenuous and dangerous path to suppress the truth because it isn't politically correct.

No. There is no difference in the two sentences. You are mixing generality with specifics. Everyone on this post is making the same mistake.

When you judge a person, you shouldn't paint with broad strokes, I am not pointing out examples, i am saying there are MANY blacks who are extremely intellegent. IQ tests don't tell the whole story, they only lump together millions of individuals to tell a broad idea.

Specifics would be me pointing out SPECIFIC people to counter your "argument", but really i am just saying there are plenty of intelligent black people.

There are a ton or stupid black people too, but there are a ton of stupid people across all races.

Even if that "truth" is made up? And who said that racist speech should be suppressed? You're just strawmanning now.

Seriously, if you think that website is peddling the "truth" you have some issues....and one may be denial.

Why, Jared Taylor isn't a white supremacist. As he himself says, he is a "racial realist".

Really, he and Richard Spencer can suck a dick. No respect for those assholes.

I am admittedly totally unfamiliar with that website.

Of course, for sake of argument. Assume every word the column was true and the writer could prove it. I still suspect finding an outlet would prove challenging.

In any case. Two observations.

1) Anonymous stuff or even totally unverifiable stuff of this nature should always be viewed with skepticism.

2) I hope liberals will remember that reality the next time someone writes of their racist experiences and someone expresses doubts.
