re: Comey indictment misquotes Comey. Bad form for a prosecution involving what was said.

Trump is not a stupid person. At what point does he throw his arms up at all of this chicanery? Or, dare I get too extreme, malarky. This is on the fringe of tomfoolery.
He’s going to triple down on it. “The ____-appointed judge (I don’t even know who appointed him) is covering for the Deep State”.
Some slapdick legislator will have articles of impeachment drafted by the weekend.

I mean this is the indictment of James Comey, not a stupid policy idea like a 50-year mortgage

I'm a Trump supporter and believe that the Deep State thwarts the will of the American people. Considering all that, this is the best phrase I have seen today.
Thanks for the chuckle, Boosie!

Trump’s core connection to his base is that both he and they are victims of the Deep State Establishment. Comey is the embodiment of that. He’s not going to let this go.

Right. That is what is coming next. And, you know, I do think the hardcore Trump supporters may be right that Trump may not get a fair shake sometimes with biased judges. But, he has to know that and so a case like this has to be airtight. Instead, a clown show ensued. This is why I thought he should chill out on the revenge prosecutions. Russiagate was a disgrace and a massive scandal, but any case he brought (this isn't even really Russiagate) was probably going to be picked apart (if the admin. could even beat the statute of limitations). He should have just said, the revenge is that I won the election and moved on. Instead, they pursued a sketchy process crime case (that's what everyone called it when it when it was done to Flynn) and it's backfiring.

I think it's time for her to just go full sov-cit on their asses:
Halligan: Your Honor, the grand jury didn’t need to see the new indictment because, under sovereign doctrine, once a document is stapled to something the grand jury did see, it automatically becomes part of the legal continuum. It’s called staple-vesting.
Dreeben: …uh, that’s not a thing.
Halligan: It is in maritime law.

You forgot to have her state that she's a representative of a trust and not the fictional, government-created corporate entity of LINDSEY HALLIGAN (you must state that you're not the all-caps version specfiically).

ATTN PATRIOTS:
Why do they FEAR the staple?
Why did they mock the Binding Implements?
Why was the FOREPERSON rushed into the side-room?
(Think ritual, not procedure).
Why did the prosecutor insist the indictment “wasn’t new”?
Why did the judge panic when she said “No, you’re not”?
He KNEW she’d invoked the Doctrine.
Ancient. Hidden.
(See Paper Has Rights Act, 1871 [redacted from schoolbooks])
Once the staple binds, the whole grand jury is spiritually present through the Foreperson Conduit.
A legal egregore.
Look it up (no, not on Google).
Why are THEY trying to bury this?
Why now?
Why this case?
Follow the staples.
Follow the clerks.
Follow the paper.
NOTHING IS ACCIDENTAL.
NOTHING IS UNSTAPLED.

Halligan: For clarity - I do not represent the trust, the strawman, the corporation, or the maritime vessel LINDSEY HALLIGAN. I represent whatever version of me the court needs to make this indictment stick.
I contain multitudes, Your Honor.

It's so wild to run for office on a law and order platform and then fill the DOJ and federal law enforcement agencies with the dumbest fricking people on the planet

I have to imagine this is Stephen Miller bullshite.
No other person has perfected insanely aggo strategies without attention to detail or basic research who hides behind "muh Deep State" to get cover from any criticism of Trump.
