This is called a fact.

This is called conjecture. Look up the definition.

As I said before, i point it out because ignorant and disingenuous democrats, like you, parade around chanting "obstruction, obstruction". I also usually say if the actions alleged by the left are true (which they aren't) it still isn't obstruction. You think that means I'm having an argument over whether the alleged actions are true? Yikes.
As for me being ignorant of a president being prosecuted...you are correct it has never been decided. However it was fully briefed in the United States v Nixon case. It was argued. Chief Justice Burger wrote that it was not necessary to address that question in order to resolve the executive privilege issue, which was the issue before he court. So while it has never been done in the past, the Supreme Court has also never ruled on the arguments. So instead of trying to claim others are ignorant of what procedures are legal and which aren't. Perhaps do a little more research next time.

Comey said that Trump's words alone aren't an order, but that Trump's words in context were. Not hard to comprehend
Actually not.
Under Di Fi questioning, Comey admitted not being able to comprehend Trump and not understanding his nonverbal communications!
He THOUGHT that there MIGHT have been pressure. He would not unambiguously state that Trump actually pressured him with an order. He said it was up to his friend the independent investigator to decide!
Notice that under Democratic questions he would imply an order, but denied a clear order under Republican questions.
He is the amazing plastic man with an anti Trump bias!

Responding to a question from Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., who asked if he considered it a "order" to drop the investigation, Comey said yes.

So we've gone from "trump is a Russian double agent" to "trump may have potentially suggested that Comey stop the Flynn investigation"? Even if he did, he was legally within his rights to do so.
And for the snowflakes, the remedy remains the same: impeachment.
And you have the nerve to call republicans partisan?
You all look like fools today.

You're so salty. Life would be better if you learned how to laugh at yourself
The President was never going to be charged on this nor was he going to be impeached on this. This is pure politics and is yet another day where Trunp's political capital took a hit. But I'm sure you can be proud of yourself for making the argument that Trump may have technically not broken the law when he shut down the investigation into Flynn

You are scrambling so desperately to get something on Trump. You need to "let it go".
Is that an order?
(It sounds like an order}.
(Was that a code red? If I asked the other 450 marines stationed at Guantanamo, would they say it was a code red?)

Yet a flock of conservative judges were just nominated. Things are going quite swimmingly, regardless of your perception.

Of course Trump is going to get some stuff done - he's still President with a Republican Congress. Trump's done quite a bit on the deregulation front - that hasn't been discussed enough.
But day after day of self-inflicted wounds has sent his popularity into a nose dive and with it his ability to strong-arm Congress into passing meaningful legislation. Look at the health-care bill as an example. Now Comey's on TV calling the President a liar and saying that Trump tried to stop an investigation into Trump's guy. That looks bad to average Americans. His poll numbers will continue to suffer and he won't be able to threaten to campaign against Congressmen if they don't fall in line. So they won't andnot much will get done.

So deregulation, conservative judges and no new legislation?
Sounds like Valhalla for a small government guy like me.
Nothing I like more than a gridlocked legislature. The less they do, the better.
