Looking suspicious is not a crime.

the cop claimed that he was under investigation and they had a right to demand his ID or they could arrest him. That's fricked up if true. I don't trust any cop I don't know and most that I do know.

You ever hear of a cane sword? Huh?

It was a foldable stick in his back pocket..

Apparently he needs the stick for darker conditions and was reported somewhere that he had left his home while still dawn so he could get to jury duty..

What else do people expect from a cop with trashy tats??

I read all the comments before watching the video and still was surprised it was a white guy. I'm told this doesn't happen to honkies.

So he was an a-hole.

The end.

You can argue with someone else about the rest.

Reason that cops have been called PIGS for decades.
A majority of them are power hungry ignorant thugs.

Fortunately it isn't true but his news I can tell the number of police officers that actually know the law in this area can be counted without running out of fingers.

Yet, we can still say this dude was an a-hole.

At this point the police officers pretty much deserve it. But looking just at this specific case they deserved it. Woman comes flying up on him like she's trying to catch a murderer. Because he has a gun in his pocket in her mind? Dude still just walking. Not walking in a hurry. Not waving it around.

She like so many police officers seems to believe that she has default Authority over citizens. But no. Until a citizen gives them a reason for it to be otherwise a police officer it's just some f****** a costume.

The whole conversation should have been over the second she knew that it wasn't a gun in his pocket because at that point her reason for even stopping in the first place didn't exist. A simple my apologies sir we were wrong about what's in your pocket would have ended things. But no. The police ego is too f****** fragile

listen to her first words. She mentions she saw him crossing the street and is cutoff. He crossed against the light so her first "concern" was jaywalking not a weapon. Video never lies. frick her

Neither. You can't charge the cop for being a bitch, either.

She doesn't work for fricking McDonald's where she's expected to take your shite.

Like your hero Kasuck, you're a Kunt.

As far as both cops, I hope their power trips are about to end for that department.

So she has the right to arrest and detain him for 27 hours because she doesn't have to "take shite?"

GTFO!

No one said that.

Here's what someone did say:

Cops are paid to take shite as far as I'm concerned.

Now frick off.

What's your alternative when a LEO clearly initiates a unnecessary confrontation? This guy should just shut up,roll over and not stand up for his rights?

That wasn't the context of your post and as public servants they have to know the deal when it comes to dealing with the public and yes,it means biting your tongue and moving on just like a McDonald's employee or employee of any other company that deals with the public ESPECIALLY if you're a public servant.

It's called professionlism...you should give it a try.

The sergeant killed his K9 dog by leaving it his car.
I would have fired him and charged him with animal cruelty for that.

That's your problem, not mine.

That isn't what that means. McDonald's cares about convincing you to spend your money with them because you can take it elsewhere.
