I lived in Aurora for a brief time in the early 90's. There was a fantastic steakhouse called the Trail Duster. It had delicious steaks, one was a Tbone called Ol' Cowboy, if memory serves correctly. The waitresses were all in cowgirl rodeo clothes.
There was also a killer bookstore in town but I can't remember the name. It may just have been a Books a Million but it was great. The roads were terrible but the people were fine.
