I walked into a convenience store in Austin and the lady asked me where my bag was. I asked what she was talking about.

She said she would have to charge me for a bag.

I said OK, but I'm obviously not a hipster and don't walk around with bags, charge away.

Cali already does this its 10cents a bag

And it doesn't matter, people just pay it. It's 30/40 cents usually, the bags are higher quality than a regular plastic bag and can carry more.

Is this a secret ploy to further feminize America. Men will be forced to walk around with bags to get their dip, mt dew and chips from the little champ.

WTF is America coming to?

That's not really a truck, Salmon but...

So if Coloradans want it, they'll have it. If not, they won't.

You plan on ever getting a real truck instead of a kid's version?

I mean, if you’re gonna do it, use that money to combat pine beetle kill which is ravaging the national forests. Affordable housing from the government is always a fail.

My county in MD has been doing this for a couple of years. Total BS tax of 5 cent per bag. DC does it also. $$ go to environmental things. The sheep nod their heads in approval. Yet another addictive tax that they will never be able to do without.
