Does it really matter if he’s not on the ballot in states that he’d lose In anyway (assuming they’re winner take all delegates states)?

If 2020 was legit they wouldn’t give a shite if Trump was on the ballot. Right? Right?!?

You’re right over the target. Let’s see how self aware you are.

We were told this wasn't happening. Apparently the people making it happen don't read the PTB.

As usual, the OP does not include even the most-basic information.

Here is the Verified Complaint.

This is a valid point. The backfiring from other states, particularly swing states may ironically help Trump.

With that said, this attempt still needs to be fought to prevent too much momentum to impact critical swing states.

I don’t need to be over the target. I think there’s a good case for him to be disregarded based on his activity in the last election.

However, if he’s only on the ballot in states that are contested he still has a shot, unless states that are purple take the same steps.

Again, is just a thought experiment for me. Trump can frick off for all I care.

Or maybe they know something you don’t.

You want a massive civil rights suit against Colorado for disenfrancising voters, This is how you get it.

For that matter we may very well get to see something VERY interesting. A total boycott of a state. Anheuser Busch fricked around and found out, what if there is a total boycott of the state of Colorado?

Truckers refuse to deliver loads there. No one does any business with or buys anything from companies based there. Conservative people don't go there or take vacations there. Not one dime for them.

Let's see just how much economic power we really do have.

What is the case? Is Trump the only U.S. citizen that does not enjoy the right to presumption of innocence?

I guess Colorado doesn’t believe in due process or equal justice for all.
"Colorado" did not initiate the lawsuit.

Trump IS a named Defendant, which DOES afford him the opportunity to present his case ... i.e. "due process."
