Only reason the left went after North is because they HATED the idea of us fighting communists in Central America. They love the commies - they are their comrades.

Reagan was a state Governor and much less familiar with CIA Black Ops. Stands to reason a former CIA Director with experience in Black Ops would be running guns and drugs.
And sure, North was probably an (upper) middle man in the chain and did the good soldier routine taking the hit to keep his commanders safe. He still lied, he still knowingly committed crimes...he owns the designation convicted felon through his voluntary participation in criminal activities both domestic and foreign. No different than ol homeboy in any ghetto popping a cap in a dude for dissing his gang and infringing on their skreet. Both knowingly and willingly committing crimes.

He came and spoke at my church in Bossier in August. It was a deal honoring military vets/members. All the members and vets got to meet him if they wanted, there was such a long line to shake his hand and take a pic with him that I didn’t wait for it. Wish I would’ve waited though, he seems like a pretty good, God-fearing fellow Marine.
