August 2015 is the date of Cohen, Pecker, and Trump (WSJ and NYT have since confirmed he's the "other member of the campaign" referenced here) agreed that the Enquirer would help the campaign by buying damaging stories. See #3 below.

Uh oh Doc. You better hope that wasn’t a “mistake” made by the SDNY. It is much better for you if trump only has 3 things that don’t meet the elements of the “crime” not 4.
Also Doc. The filing you posted states that AMI expected to be reimbursed. How, if they expected reimbursement, is it a campaign contribution?
