All these companies have made billions many times over and have reserves that we could only imagine about the amount of money they have. They are making all these moves knowing that they are gonna piss off their customers. They know that boycotts will start and their sales will take a hit. They continue to censor and mock us anyway.

They don’t care about the money anymore. They have made it already. This is about gaining power and influence and getting on the right side of those running the show.

Conservative have long fought for business incentives to help companies break loose from government regulation and control and these big businesses kick us back in the nuts once the policies make them successful.

It’s time for Conservatives to turn their back on the pro-business policies as they relate to the America hating segment of businesses.

They also count on those on the right getting mad for a short time and then going right back to buying their stuff. So far, they have reason to operate under this belief.

90% of what the left does the next ten years will be about forcing complete and total submission.

They want to turn America into modern day South Africa.

One good thing about Covid is that it has devalued celebrities and sports stars.

Conservatives need to start framing these as they are for the small mom and pop businesses and the left are for the big corporations. This message needs to get hammered hard by every damned so called conservative and Republican in the country for the next 4 years.

Emailed Coke, through its website, & while being polite & respectful I let them know how I felt about continuing to drink any of their products. Received a brief email in response, with the basic message being " we are simply trying to ensure that everyone's voice is heard. " But then it crawfished by saying, this was not a corporate approved policy but simply a contracted out policy draft for consideration &
it has been removed from our website"

And deep down you know Pepsi believes in the same shite as Coke. It just hasn’t went public yet.

Don't know about Twitter making all that much , in comparison to Microsoft, Google and Coca-cola, but they do seem of the same mindset.

Destroy the fabric of society, tear down the past, so they can be on the ground floor for what ever utopian garbage ideas they have coming down the pike.

Ideas not tested, or worse, already been proven to fail, yet here we go again.

And the GOP, those on the right, are just letting it happen.

Just because something is trending in a certain direction doesn't mean you should always follow.

Lemmings will all trend one way, even if it's over a cliff.

Not hard to do because it’s also true.

They would rather face backlash from the right for a short time before we go back to buying their products. It’s a business decision. They cave to the left and go woke because we don’t hurt their bottom line anymore.

It isnt that, they just know that Americans will never actually follow thru on the boycotts and bullshite. Fir instance, I am not real sure why I am supposed to be mad at Coke. I am still mad at Gillette however

I can tell you from experience. Coke has made some terrible acquisitions the past 20 years.

Vitamin Water, Honest Tea and Zico to name a few, in additions to poor line extensions like Coke Energy, Blak, Remix, Coke C2 and Coffee.

Classic still pays the bills, but their Board of Directors like Buffett who blocked Coke from buying GatorAde years ago continue to make bad missteps.

I disagree.

I think they very much care about money and are looking to the future. They hire marketing groups to determine current and changing social and political opinions to try and stay current.

Either one of two things are happening.

Those marketing groups, which are made up of social scientists (which are almost exclusively progressive types - just look at the social science departments in academia), are correctly predicting what America is chancing into.

or

Those marketing groups aren't correct, but are believed to be correct by all sorts of organizations, from sports leagues to major corporations, and create the change themselves through social influence.

Either we're going this way, or their claims of us going this way influence the institutions which influence us to go that way.

Either way, the future seems ghey.

Why worry about the bottom line when you know you got a bailout waiting on you.
