Hold up... Is there some sort of Urban Dictionary definition of "mediocre Negro" that I am not aware of?
If not, can somebody please explain to me the definition? But you may not use the words "Uncle Tom".

Please explain to me how he can change the lives of people in the hood? What tangiable things is gonna do? What history does he have of bringing jobs which pay a livable wage to improvised areas? What's he gonna do to get funding for the schools in those districts?
Have lives changed for the better since 2009?
Anything tangible? How has the job market been in these area since 2009? Wages increased to livable? How about the attention to schools since 2009? Funding helped there?

You are in healthcare and did not know who Ben Carson was???????
He was the CHIEF OF PEDIATRIC NEUROSURGERY AT JOHN HOPKINS MEDICAL CENTER!!!!!!
They made a movie about him.
He pioneered conjoined twin separation surgery.
No where in any of your ranting did you show even a slightly good reason why I, a healthcare administrator, would need to know of the existence of a neurosurgeon in the northeast. Would I need to read his papers? Can he help me manage my employees? Should I seek his opinion on my financial benchmarks?

It takes a lot to piss me off - congratulations. you succeeded
Apparently it only took a ridiculous inference on your part regarding my actual profession. That's not really "a lot".

I want people in a position of authority who are going to talk to me (or others) like we're all on the same level. Not this "do as I say, not as I do" thing we've had the past eight years. There's always going to be that voice rejecting the voice of reason whose only purpose is to stir up a shitstorm, and that one voice knows some people are always going to be listening, unfortunately.
If Harvey, Kanye and Ray Lewis - or anyone else brought in - are impactful enough to reach people then I don't care if they're celebrities, politicians or burger flippers as long as they are effective in a positive way that can close the gap on the divide that has widened with time with people. CNN is not that source I look at as being involved in the discussion of real change.

How did he feel when barry had a dinning room full of rappers at the WH to talk about problems in the inner-city community?
To be fair he also had Basketball players.

That the way Trump thinks about black is demeaning. The fact he thinks he can win over the inner city by bringing in Steve Harvey, Ray Lewis, and Kanye West is stupid. He basically said bring in people who will challenge how the President thinks. Bring in people with expertise, with experience. People who can actually bring about real change. Policy makers, people with capital not some athletes and entertainers who can't do a damn thing for them but make a bunch of empty promises.
Kinda like Hillary with Jay-Z...

You have NO rebuttal to my comment so you resort to Play Number one out of the Democract/Leftist playbook:

Keep it up!

Like it or not people in America, both poor and rich, black and white, are more likely to model their beliefs after what the celebrity believes/says than an "expert." It's politically smart for Trump, and any politician, to use celebrities to get their message out. Publicly talking to celebrities also doesn't mean that he isn't seeking out "experts" either. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
Michael Eric Dyson has 300k followers on Twitter. Kanye West has 26.9 million and Steve Harvey has 3.47 million. If you were trying to get your message out who would you publicly try to win to your side?

If CNN takes no action here ALL their guests can now use the term "negroes" with impunity with any qualifier they choose.

Well you know us lefties. We'll resort to anything. In fact there's no level that we won't stoop to. The ends justifies the means with me. Whatever it takes to discredit racist Republicans I'm up for it. You guys vote against your own best interests. Knowing that having an election is useless. That's why when we get power we're not letting it go.

Lord no. I prefer reading my news. Just a personal preference.
Look, my healthcare bubble is Houston. I know James Duke, Robert Debakey, Denton Cooley, etc...
Even my grad program was here in, and associated with, the Texas medical center. Admittedly, its a bubble in that regard.

Fair Enough
I will take your comment at face value. Your original post was probably mis-interpreted by me as you saying that Ben Carson was a nobody...
and I am now.assuming that it is not what you meant.
