That's because the right is stupid. We actually didn't realize how friendly and helpful and caring most Taliban members actually are.

I’ve seen plenty of female journalists wear a habib when in the middle east. I’ve never equated it with weakness or interpreted it as pandering.

I wonder how much the news crew paid/CNN paid them for their bodyguard services? Something had to be given in return for their services.
