CNN sues Trump over Acosta WH Access

Ted Olson, solicitor general under President George W. Bush is representing CNN in the case. I think this is exactly what Trump wanted.

They are going to lose this case and it’s going to be spectacular. Also, they should start doing what I posted in another thread

Ill play along in bizarro world. Attaching CNN to it should make it automatically DOA. The whole thing is nonsense but how was CNN,the company, harmed? Was the company banned? Are they not able to send a different reporter? Jim’s hard pass was revoked. Can he still go with a soft pass and be escorted? But it’s DC and they’ll go right along with it. Trump should channel Andrew Jackson and tell them good luck enforcing your ruling.
