I think its too early to restrict the list of battlegrounds to this. I expect all these states to be tight, but I am not ruling out others, depending on who the nominee is.
Also, even non-battleground state polling will start to give us a better idea of how the race is shaping up compared to the 2016 polls.

Sure but my list would be an important first move.
It's expensive to run a poll. We won't get state polls for a long time even though they matter most.
Some states I didn't list could be in play. NM, Co, VA.
The CNN poll that showed Biden at 50% turned out to have no respondents under 50.
CNN owns the patent on swampy establishment.
They didn't have Obama on the first page after he won 11 in a row in 2008.
