He's agreeing with you that this is North Korean propaganda to send the lovely young sister. It's certainly not what Mr Hwang believes ,but the optics that N Korea want to project.

"CNN People" did not say or believe this , but a quote from a visiting professor from S Korea named Balbina Hwang. He's only relaying the message N Korea is attempting with their propaganda. I don't understand why the quote is so problematic.

I'm sorry I don't need to be spoonfed commentary in my news article to understand what this S Korean Professor is saying. N Koreans want to sell us this ,but most of the world outside of N Korea isnt buying it.
This is a very mysterious Regime even to S Koreans and the sister " stole the show" not due to admiration , but extreme curiosity. Most S Koreans have never "knowingly" interacted with or seen a N Korean in person.
