That hypocrisy you are pointing out goes both ways...except for the fact that those on this board are only mocking CNN for that very fact. They don't really believe journalists should be arrested or that police can decide that peaceful protesters must leave.

Did you actually watch the video of the arrest? They identified themselves, repeatedly told the State Patrol "tell us where you want us to go, we'll get out of your way, just tell us where you want us", they were 100% cooperating when the reporter was placed under arrest.

Exactly.
You can oppose the lawlessness that led to CNN’s headquarters getting trashed while still relishing the bitter irony of CNN consistently defending and excusing such hooliganism over the years.
Some posters on this board need to have their irony meter checked.
