I meant more like eventually the percentage tax will increase.

Wondering what's the difference in this and current cap gains taxes.

I’d trade it off in favor of an elimination of the income tax

For that matter, I’d go full consumption tax in exchange for elimination of the income tax

Sadly, we’re going to have a national sales tax in addition to the income tax within the next 10 years imo
