Meh. CO2 has gone up more than linear since the industrial revolution. There’s no harm in removing some to try to keep it where it was when we came along.
That’s a lot different than insisting it’s leading to climate change.
Maybe if it works they will shut up about climate change and lower the cost of energy.
Problem is kickbacks and shite. It ends up getting pocketed with zero results.

Every single “green energy initiative “ is designed to take power from the people and give it to government. Every single “electric” or “clean energy” business is run by leftists, given billions in tax dollars and always, with 100% certainty, fails. Look at Bidens eco buses. Obama multiple solar panel and green companies. Every one is bankrupt while the owners are Dem donors who are now set for life thanks to my tax dollars.
Carbon capture/green energy is a larp and frick every moron who falls for it.

There are plants that do this every single day. They are called Air Separation plants. It is the source of Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon etc for industrial and other purposes. So add CO2 to the batch. They are very expensive operations with include high electrical usage for compression and refrigeration. Want to take a look at what it will cost to remove CO2 not to mention the fact that capturing it is not been of much success??? I know, I used to be a customer to several of these plants.

Understood.
Keep in mind that we’ve been here a mere second in planetary time. I think the rate at which it’s increased since we’ve been here is much more steep.
Meaning, the natural causes that lead to high amounts of CO2 in the past is much more gradual over longer periods of time.

It is now above 400 ppm. It has not been over 300 ppm in the last million years.
