It isn't "altered"...it's just edited to show those points in her ramblings that were especially derpy. Nobody would sit and watch a 30 minute clip of droning...you couldn't fit that into a news segment. Now if she'd have been over-dubbed to make racial epithets or something like that...then I could see the claim for "altered video". But editing snippets of moments of dimentia is not what I'd consider "altering" the video. She actually said what was presented exactly how it was presented.
