Multiculturalism is sort of a necessary feature of capitalism in my opinion.
To perpetually grow for shareholders, you got to sell to everybody. By necessity it will not be able to only promote a dominant culture in advertising because eventually the growth avenues are in tailoring messaging towards out groups.

Correct
And in a more free market it will punish those who don't adapt to that larger culture, forcing assimilation and a more productive culture in the future.
The issues we have with non-assimilation are almost exclusively functions of government and not functions of the market. As libertarians said decades ago, you can have open borders or welfare, not both. We have tried to have both and that has not led to optimal results.

Yes and no.
Take sfp for example. He’s a lawyer and probably a homeowner. He can be a capitalist without providing his services internationally. And he competes in his local market vs other lawyers.
Now he won’t be Elon musk rich. But he can have a profit and have private ownership. Just like any average American.

I'd lose a lot of revenue being a racist for any race, though.

Guess you can have small pockets of legitimate countercultures, but they will not really ever be able to survive in society of any sort of size. Over the long term at least. There will be periods of larger countercultures and acute slices of time, typically when culture is shifting back or forth.
It works both from the consumer and producer perspective as a natural regulation.
