That sucks. I'm pretty sure they kick on at 10 over when not a school zone and 5 over when it's a school zone. My wife got one doing 25 in a 20.

That's what the Republithugs want you to believe. The fact is you should embrace more govt. They always know best. The last thing we need is citizens speeding around willy nilly, disobeying traffic laws, and thinking the laws don't apply to them. Who the hell do you think you are? A Kennedy?

Is that the white version of you?

Let's say the average person uses 10% of their brain. You use.....one-and-a-half per-cent...that's right.

I was on Canal, which has no speed limits posted anywhere that I've ever seen.

I believe you better look again.

So you are saying it is completely natural for you to be going 43 or 44 in the situation, but are shocked it said 45? Yea, okay.

There are two "speed cameras" and two "red light cameras" on Canal. Each are marked appropriately and all speed limits are posted.

You will not get out of it.

The "Speed cameras are at school zone locations, which I support. Unfortunately they got you late at night. I've been caught by the same one (yes I've been caught by both). Learn where they are or slow down. the choice is yours.

Pay up. That is not your choice.

No. No he will not. The NOPD now administers the program in conformance with court rulings. PAY UP.

ALL photo enforcement programs are bullshite... It amazes me that the judicial system along with the public allows it to go on in certain areas

I sent in a letter telling them if they brought the camera from the pole into the courtroom, I've drive my truck in so it could face its accuser. I just don't go to New Orleans anymore, but I admit, I would LOVE to catch someone trying to boot my truck.

Actually one of the reasons I moved. They'd tax oxygen if they could. Goes straight to Mitch's expensive dinner fund or gassing up Susan guidry's car

This is just stupid. Your logic is wrong. If the only proof of you robbing a bank is the surveillance video showing your face, do you think you will win if they don't bring in the camera so you can face your accuser?

Amazing the public would support cost effective traffic law enforcement, isn't it?

Its not a criminal offense.

Its a civil liability.

That's why if you don't pay, you wind up getting calls from collection agencies, instead of spending the night in OPP.

Probably not. If he likes he can show up to court and turn his minor civil liability into a criminal act of perjury.
