Regardless of the authenticity of this report, it's certainly not irrelevant. Because, if this were proven true, it would mean that the President was never a true President. It would mean high level collusion to construct a fake document to circumvent the constitution. It would mean a lot.
It's utterly relevant.

don't knock infowars, they have been extremely accurate with this, much more dependable than cnn or the other letter networks
