It’s probably already been discussed in this thread but I know in my state’s law it’s not a valid manslaughter defense if you provoke someone, setting up a self defense, and then kill them. Does what this guy did rise to that? I don’t know, I’ll yield to lawyers. I’m just putting my semi-worthless .02 in the mix.

Nah, you can't just shout at and antagonize people. Just like BLM "protestors" shouldn't be allowed to do this and expect no repercussions, this guy shouldn't be able to either.
