It's a very odd and self defeatist mindset. There's actually people throughout the country (with a few loons right here) that think that if someone physically attacks you, and is either A) trying to physically harm you, or B) actually trying to kill you, that you shouldn't have the right to blow that scumbag's brains out.
If I get jumped on, and start taking a beating, I'm pulling my gun. ...and i don't care if I had "words" with the PoS. I'm going home alive, with my teeth.

Unfamiliar with this one but I do hate the schtick for clicks of going out of the way to interact with or agitate others. The ‘I’m not touching you’ crap usually gets old by the time you’re 11-12, I’m guessing. And yes that includes Jackass. @ me your own peril.

I’d agree, which is why I never particularly liked Chris Pontius’ party boy skit where he starts dancing and grinding on people while dressed as a stripper.
But by the same token, I wouldn’t be in favor of someone beating the shite out of him for being obnoxious.

There is a range of options and going straight for “knock their teeth out” isn’t always the best one.
And believe me, my girl is more than capable of handling herself if some a-hole tried it.

I look at it in hindsight at this point because, simply put, it already happened.
He provoked, someone who had previously indicated they would kill him tried to kill him, he shot in self defense.
I think “the process is the punishment” applies here because this trial likely bankrupts him even though I don’t see him getting convicted.

Yea, he's going to get off, but he shouldn't be dragged through the system to prove his innocence.
