Context clues tell me it was likely a clip of the dipshit in question or otherwise some promotion of his dipshittery. Almost certainly changes nothing so move on if you have a better or larger point.

I'm not an X member, I'm going off of what i know about X's format and what I saw in your post. He waa responding to another tweet but the tweet has a limited visibility filter on it so it didn't show in your screenshot.
Did you look at anything else in that screenshot other than the words he typed?
