Was the writing a little sloppy? Yes, I would agree with that. I suspect that the writing in the actual study is significantly tighter than the language in the (necessarily succinct) synopsis.
Would it be nice to see the actual underlying data? Absolutely.
Unfortunately, it does not seem to be available online.

I just think that each parent should have the right to conduct that “harm” analysis for himself and decide for himself whether a man in a dress will read a story to his child.
You seem to want to remove that choice from the parent and give it to the State. THAT is our difference on this issue.
