This thing allegedly happened at a party. It will be telling in the next few days if anyone at the alleged party can come forward and confirm that either or both people were even at this party, or if it actually happened. She should be able to say whose house it was at, whom she went with, etc., etc.

She has already said she can’t remember whose house it was at and who else was there. She can’t even pin down the year. She “thinks” it happened when she was 15.
She told her therapist it was four guys in the room based on the therapist’s notes from 2012. She has said the therapist got it wrong in his notes and it was two guys in the room.

Whether Jones had a case and what is going on here is apples to oranges. This lady isn’t bringing a sexual harassment case and nobody is saying she would have a case under Title VII. Also Blasey left Baker an extreme long time ago.
