I’m a Christian. How people turn a blind eye to what Israelis are doing is beyond me. October 7th was despicable and Hamas needs to be wiped out, but people being killed at a refugee camp?

Don’t forget that a good amount of Jews look down on Christians in Israel. There’s a huge fundamental difference in Christianity and Judaism but people act like it is the same religion. One believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, was crucified/resurrected, and will return again while the other does not. It’s strange to me that Christians feel the need to identify with Israel as it is today versus the Israel of the Bible.

Israel is only America’s friend when it benefits them.

The real point is that religion overall is THE stumbling block to faith in THE creator of all.


Religion seeks to keep mankind constantly chasing the carrot, and actual Biblical Christian Faith says that we already possess salvation through the finished work of Jesus Christ, which is why Jesus said “It is finished”, because it already is, and the moment we believe upon Him for that, we receive the free gift of salvation. It is nothing we actually do. It is something He did. Contrary to almost all religions we are exposed to today, be they Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Arminianism, Calvinism, or any derivative thereof, WE don’t earn it, work for it, maintain it, or keep it through our human performance. It was done already through Christ alone, but that doesn’t keep you coming in their doors, doors to sanctuaries where Christ did not establish His church in, but rather His temple residing in the hearts of man.

You are His temple, and yet if you ever stop chasing the carrot and realize you already possess the carrot through the finished work of Jesus for all of mankind, and accept it by faith alone, then religion ceases to exist, and that is why you hear them constantly speaking out of both sides of their mouths, and have millions of people so unsure of their own salvation found in Christ alone, because their message isn’t in Christ alone. You are in it as well. If you ever stop working for it, then what will become of them? That’s why religion has such a firm grip upon people, because it adds to, takes away, and distorts the finished work of Jesus Christ to keep you living in doubt and so keep coming to church for answers to that which Christ has already done, once, and for all. The Gospel is GOOD NEWS, whilst religion is most surely not, because of the small print none of them ever tell you about until after you are hitched.
